Below is our interview with Ween Niu, General Manager at Advantech:
Q: Could you tell us something more about your Industry 4.0 accelerator?

Q: You’ve recently announced that Advantech & Kostec will accelerate healthcare innovation with new line of medical grade monitors; could you tell us something more?
A: We are always looking to improve and grow our business. If you look at some of our recent mergers and acquisitions, we are making strategic decisions to support our growth in areas we are not as versed in. We also are always looking for partnerships to support technology that complements our services and solutions. In the case of Kostec, their core competencies lie in their controller board designs, which allows for features and specifications on their medical displays to be superior to the current standards.
Q: Can you give us more insights into your solutions?
A: At Advantech, we know that progress in any industry requires a willingness to challenge assumptions, limitations and the status quo. Therefore, we embrace every opportunity to do so, whether that involves customizing an existing product or working with clients to design an entirely new solution from the ground up. Like all technology companies, we believe in the power of possibility.
