Q: Can you tell us something more about your platform?
A: AdPushup is a market leader in ad revenue optimization that helps web publishers and e-commerce companies accelerate their revenue growth using cutting-edge technology, premium demand partnerships, and ad operations expertise. The platform currently optimizes 4 billion ad impressions every month for 300+ publishing globally, including brands like CNET, SPIN, PCMag, Mashable, GSMArena, and NDTV amongst others.
The company was founded with a simple idea: While A/B testing was becoming a popular tool with marketers, no one was using it to optimize publisher-side advertising layouts. We built and launched a prototype to get proof-of-concept, which resulted in double-digit revenue growth for our first few clients.
Since then, AdPushup has continuously innovated and added new features. The platform is positioned towards the supply-side, offering a unique solution to its publishing partners, which sits as an optimization layer between their website and the ad network/exchanges they work with. The mission is to empower ad-supported web publishers to build profitable businesses, and thereby help keep the world’s information free and accessible.

Q: Who is your ideal user and why?
A: Our focus has always been on publishers who use display advertising to generate revenue. The ad-supported model of the web has funded independent content creation and journalism for more than two decades, but over time, ads became heavy and intrusive—which resulted in backlash from users, one way in which that has manifested is the growth in ad block adoption in recent years. Our products and solutions dovetail perfectly with three core needs that web publishers have: (1) Grow advertising revenue, (2) Deliver positive user experience, and (3) Reduce their operational overheads and cost.
Q: Can you give us more insights into your features?
A: AdPushup’s full-stack revenue optimization platform includes machine learning-driven A/B testing for ad layouts, hybrid header bidding (client-side and server-side), smart ad refresh, innovative ad formats, and AdBlock monetization. We recently launched a first-party data processing engine to empower publishers in a cookie-less world, and an updated URL & UTM analytics system.
Q: Can you tell us something about your pricing plans?
A: Our pricing packages are built and based around the volume of ad impressions served by a publisher.
Q: What can we expect from AdPushup in the next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: AdPushup ranked No. 154 on the prestigious 2020 Inc. 5000 list with a three-year growth rate of 2518%. We’re growing at an incredible rate and see the company continuing to grow at 250% in the next 6 to 12 months.
With such scale and pace, we’re building a lot of initiatives to not forget the basics of understanding the publisher (our buyer) and key value propositions. As an organization grows, this is what sometimes happens—people forget the key mission, culture and the purpose of the company. While keeping these basics in mind, our plans include building GTM in different markets leveraging our currently successful playbooks.
